How to Place Your Order:
Complete the Wholesale Account Request Form. This process will take 2-3 days and once approved, you will be issued an account code to receive 50% off the retail price.
After you receive your account code, add items to your cart and place your order. Enter your account code in the coupon box at checkout to subtract 50% off retail total. We are a small, batched studio and our products are made to order, so orders are produced once payment has been received.
A link with our wholesale line sheets featuring our collections and products, with retail and MSRP prices, will be emailed to you after your account has been activated.

Wholesale Pricing:
All prices are shown retail in USD dollars. Your 50% off retail price will be calculated after you enter your unique discount code at checkout. Retail prices may change without prior notice.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Shop Pay and PayPal. All orders must be paid in full prior to order shipping.
If you want to sample our products before committing to placing a larger order, please purchase one item at retail price, with shipping. When you place a wholesale order of that same item, we will subtract the price of the tester including retail shipping costs from your wholesale order.
Stock Availability / Processing Time:
All of our products are handmade and created in small batches. We do our best to maintain stock levels to process orders as quickly as possible. The usual turnaround time to process wholesale orders is between 2-3 weeks. During peak seasons (Valentines, Mother’s / Father’s Day, and Winter Holidays), the processing time may increase to 3-4 weeks.
Shipping:
Shipping fees will be processed at the time of checkout. We will ship your order via Priority USPS or Ground UPS, unless requested otherwise. Delivery times are usually within 3-8 business days in the USA and can take up to 14 days in Canada and, 3-4 weeks Internationally. Tracking numbers will be provided for each order shipped.
High Volume and White Label Orders:
For high volume orders of 50+ pieces per item, please contact us via email to confirm production scheduling. We estimate that production time to complete order would be between 4-5 weeks.
At this time, we do not offer white label services.
Order Cancellations:
Once order is placed, there is a 3-day grace period from order date to cancel your order and you will not be charged for the order. On the 4th day from order date, any canceled order is subject to a 25% cancellation fee based on your total order, and will be billed to your method of payment.
Returns / Exchanges / Damages:
Please inspect your order as soon as possible upon receipt. If you notice any damages, please send an email to: partners@betandrosebodycare.com within 2-3 business days. Please submit photographs to document the items or of the damaged items in your order. Due to the nature of handmade products, the products cannot be returned.
We at Bet + Rose, want to make sure you are 100% completely satisfied with your order and will issue refunds or exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual Property:
Bet + Rose Body Care is the sole owner of all intellectual property, such as brand name, logo, photography, images, and all content representing the Bet + Rose Body Care Brand.
We grant our wholesale partners non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-assignable license to use our brand name, logo, images, photographs and content from our website and social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and Facebook, etc. for your own business listings, social media contents and marketing and promotional purposes.
No rights to any of our products, designs, photographs, images, branding, or other materials representing Bet + Rose Body Care brand will transfer during the wholesale partnership. If at any time, our partnership ends, please discontinue the use of all of Bet + Rose Body Care intellectual property immediately.
Account Cancellation / Restrictions:
If our business partnership needs to be end, we reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account, at any time at our discretion. You may also cancel your wholesale account with us at any time via an email sent to: partners@betandrosebodycare.com
You agree to:
- Not sell Bet + Rose products on any third-party marketplace such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Groupon, AliExpress, etc.
- Not use the Bet + Rose brand/products/intellectual property in an illegal, fraudulent, and prohibited trading operations, globally.
- Not sell Bet + Rose products in a location other than what is stipulated in your account profile.
By ordering any item from Bet and Rose Body Care, LLC (aka Bet + Rose, and Bet + Rose Body Care), you agree that you have read and agree to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS as outlined herewith.
