All domestic orders of $75 or more, receive free shipping (does not include wholesale orders).
Orders ship 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS from order date (does not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays). Allow up to 3-5 additional days shipping travel time. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking number. Holidays require additional lead times for orders to be processed and shipped.
Please be aware of the tracking of your order as it travels to your location. Unfortunately, we cannot control nature’s heat that may melt some items while in transit or delivery vehicles that are not air-conditioned. If items become melted due to hot conditions (candles or lip balms), we recommend placing the item in your refrigerator until firm and cool. The product does not lose any efficiency or benefits.
Once your package has shipped and is in the possession of the USPS, we are not responsible for the package, and it is out of our control as to how quickly your order will be guaranteed to arrive to your location.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - CANADA ONLY:
International shipment times have been noted to take up to 14 days to be delivered to addresses in Canada. Also, please be aware of YOUR COUNTRY'S CUSTOM FEES OR IMPORT TAXES that are the purchaser’s responsibility. Your purchase will be annotated with “merchandise” on the custom forms.
International shipping may not have tracking information. If tracking services are available, they will be used. Once your package has shipped and is possession of the USPS, we are not responsible, and it is out of our control has quickly your order will be guaranteed to arrive to your location.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com and ship your item with tracking info. Once we receive your package, we will process a refund for your returned shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Other Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as soaps, bath soaks and bath bombs). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
